Payment methods:
Product prices and shipping fees are generally charged in Japanese yen by credit card or complete by International wire transfer.
Please contact us if you would like to use other payment methods.

Shipping fees:
After hearing the product you wish to purchase and your shipping address, we will inform you of the optimal shipping method and shipping fee.

Customs duties:
The purchaser must pay locally.

Regarding shipping products:
We do not ship equipment such as faucets/range hoods/gas stoves, electrical equipment such as lighting/light bulbs/switches, liquids such as paints, products containing magnets, or large products with a total length of more than 3m on all three sides overseas.
Please note that we do not ship these items overseas.
Ship delivery is limited to corporations only.

Regarding delivery times:
If you use sea freight, delivery may take 2 to 3 months.
Please note that delivery may take longer depending on the customs clearance situation in each country, regardless of whether you use air or sea freight.

Regarding fragile items:
We accept fragile items such as tiles, but we cannot guarantee that they will not break.
We recommend ordering a higher quantity than needed as a precaution.

Regarding delivery of large/fragile items:
We can accommodate your requests, such as loading on pallets or packing in wooden crates.
However, as these require special handling, additional shipping costs and extra processing time will be required.

お支払い方法について
商品代金・送料につきましては、TT（国際電子送金）もしくはクレジットカードによる日本円でのご請求を基本とさせていただきます。（その他のお支払い方法をご希望の場合はご相談ください。）

送料について
購入希望商品と配送先情報をお聞きした上で、最適な配送方法と送料をご案内いたします。

関税について
ご購入者様の現地払いとなります。

商品の配送について
水栓/レンジフード/ガスコンロなどの設備機器、照明/電球/スイッチなどの電気機器、塗料などの液体物、マグネットを含む商品、3辺合計が3mを超える大型商品は、海外への発送はお断りしています。あらかじめご了承ください。
船便での配送は、法人宛のみとなります。

配送期間について
船便を利用する場合、納品までに2〜3ヶ月かかる場合があります。また、航空便・船便に問わず、各国の通関状況により、配送に時間を要する場合がありますのであらかじめご了承ください。

割れ物について
タイルなどの割れ物もお受けしますが、割れないことを保証するものではありません。必要数よりも多めにご発注いただくなどの対応をおすすめいたします。

大物・割れ物の配送について
パレット積み、木枠梱包など、ご要望に応じて対応可能です。ただし特別対応となりますので、追加送料と作業日数を要します。
